As our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each salon treatment, please be punctual. We recommend you arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

In order to ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received twenty-four hours prior to the appointment time or you may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service fee. When booking Spa packages, we will reserve your appointment by credit card.

To help us keep the salon as tranquil as possible, and as a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers before entering the salon. To maintain a healthy ambiance, smoking is prohibited within the salon.

If you are redeeming a gift certificate for your service(s), please present it to the appropriate staff member prior to beginning your service session(s).

There are no refunds for gift certificates. You may, however, transfer certificate ownership to another person or exchange it for other services or products. If you are the recipient of a specific gift certificate awarded as a raffle or door prize, the gift certificate may not be exchanged for other services or products.

Our salon caters to both adults and children. Please make appropriate child care arrangements during your salon visit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards as payment for all services. Payment by check, when accompanied by proper identification, is also welcomed.
